Principal Valuator and Advisor

Nika Dorofyeyeva, CPA, CA

Nika is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with extensive experience in accounting, finance, valuations, and buy/sell transaction services gained over the last 16 years. She is passionate about the healthcare industry and has spent the last eight years working with healthcare professionals. Nika has represented both buyers and sellers in every province of Canada.

When not working, Nika enjoys spending time with her three children, attending baseball games, hiking, or simply enjoying the day in the sun.

Principal Succession Advisor

Steve Groner

Steve has a wealth of experience in negotiations, transaction structuring, and business development. Over the last decade, Steve worked for multiple Canadian consolidators in the veterinary industry and advised on over sixty acquisitions in Western Canada. Steve has deep family and industry ties to the veterinary sector.

Steve is an avid tennis player and cyclist who enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage daughter, exploring the outdoors, and playing Pickleball. ( don't tell his tennis friends:)

Michelle Glass, CPA, CA

Michelle Glass is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). She has a robust background in audit and assurance, having worked experience in both large and mid-sized firms before joining Legacy Valuations & Advisory in 2023. With a keen eye for financial analysis and strategic planning, Michelle assists veterinary practice owners in comprehending their financial position, enhancing business performance, and confidently managing ownership transitions.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys playing softball and traveling with her family.

Nika is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in valuations, having worked as a valuator and broker for a small valuation/brokering firm in the veterinary industry and subsequently as a valuator and consultant to a corporate consolidating group. Her unique insight into the veterinary marketplace from both the perspective of a seller and a buyer gives her a competitive edge in the health-care industry.

Steve is a successful business development executive with a natural talent for connecting ideas, opportunities, and results. He has completed over sixty acquisitions in the veterinary healthcare space while working with corporate consolidators in Canada since 2016. With Steve's expertise in business development and Nika's experience in valuations, their new advisory business is poised for success.
